what will happen when an egg is soaked in vinegar or coke?
Our predictions were:
- the egg will break open
- the egg will float to the top
- the whole thing will EXPLODE!
- the egg will fly into the air
- only the shell will fly into the air
What do you think will happen??

ReplyDeleteWe did promise we would keep you updated...near the end of Term 3 we decided it was time to check out what had happened to our eggs.
Miss Thiele picked up the first egg and rubbed off the shell. It was clear and you could see the yolk on the inside. The egg had a clear and rubbery outer that was strong but squishy. Abit like a bouncy ball! So, we decided we wanted to test whether it would actually bounce...hmmm...it splatted all over the ground.
